KT Fitness is based above Paragon Physiotherapy on High Street Skipton. One to one training is provided in our own private gym studio. You will have one to one training with your own personal trainer. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes.

Strength and Conditioning  – £40

Strength and Conditioning is used to target specific muscles to improve performance.
At KT Fitness we work alongside our partner business Paragon Physiotherapy in which we provide specialised running analysis as wells as strength and conditioning programs for runners of all abilities.

We also provide assistance to support individuals with a variety of different injuries overseen by a experienced physiotherapist.

Group Training/ Couples Training – £55 per session up to 4 people 1hr session

Mobile Personal Training – £40

Do you want to train at home? Do you have small children that make it difficult to get to the gym? Or you’re not fond of the fitness gym Skipton? Mobile personal training provides one to one personal training in your own home. All equipment will be provided for training sessions. All we ask is that you have enough space practically to be able to complete exercises. Loan of additional equipment such as resistance bands and weights will be supplied free of charge so you can continue to exercise at home between training sessions.

This is your program specifically designed around you and your goals. It will detail the type, frequency, intensity and duration of your workouts. It will include a weekly training schedule and exercise list.  Within this program you have a nutritional plan which is specifically formulated to your bodies need and will be adapted to the goals you want to achieve. It includes analysis of your current diet, healthy eating guidance and as well as a breakdown of your daily macronutrient needs.

If you don’t want a weekly personal training session we can still support you through text, phone calls and emails to help you reach your goals. Weekly contact when you need it to help answer all your questions and provide accountability when you’re finding it tough.
