Testing your fitness regularly can help to assess your progress towards your goals.

At a KT Fitness centre we assess your fitness every 4-6 weeks to ensure you are keeping on track and to ensure the training routine provides are accurate and challenging based on your level of fitness.


By completing a fitness test once a month can show you how much your performance, speed and fitness has improved on a month by month basis. By seing improvements and progress this will keep you motivated and on track your hitting your goals.
