At KT Fitness & Nutrition you can have access to your own have personal nutritional advisor who will design a plan around you and your goals. Working alongside your nutritional advisor a specifically formulated plan can be tailored to match to your bodies needs as well as meeting the goals you want to achieve. Plans will include an analysis of your current diet, healthy eating guidance and as well as a breakdown of your daily macronutrient needs.
