This is what KT Fitness strives to provide. We offer highly qualified trainers with the expertise to take you to a new level whatever your current level of fitness.

Alternatively you may prefer to train at home and wish to take advantage of our Personal Trainer’s expertise in an appropriate space in your own house.

All our trainers are qualified to a minimum Level 3 and are members of the Register of Exercise professionals and the National Register of Personal Trainers. In addition our trainers are qualified exercise referral specialists and can help you if you have specific respiratory, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, psychological or metabolic conditions. Using results from physical assessments our trainers implement progressive exercise routines appropriate to your medical condition.

We focus on teaching functional exercises, ensuring your body works at its optimum potential, is well balanced and you have great posture meaning you acquire a better set of exercise skills. We use a wide range of equipment to create a unique experience and challenging workout. We rely on the skills of our trainers to ensure exercises are completed with the best technique, good posture and correction of imbalances.
